Is there a minimum order value?
No. If someone you referred orders ₹10,000 of gifts, you still earn 1%: ₹100.
Is it only for their first order?
No. You refer someone once and earn on every order they place with us, for as long as they keep ordering.
Do I earn on my own orders?
Yes, from your very first order: 1% if you came to us directly, or 0.5% if you joined with someone's referral code.
What does "order value" mean?
The order amount before GST and before shipping, after any discount. Your reward is a percentage of that amount.
When and how do I get paid?
Your reward appears as pending as soon as we confirm the order. We then transfer it to your bank account or UPI ID, and the payment shows on your Referrals page with its UTR number and a screenshot of the transfer.
What if an order is cancelled?
A cancelled or refunded order doesn't earn a reward. If it's confirmed again, the reward comes back.
Can I refer my own colleagues?
Yes. Refer a colleague in your company or anyone at another company. Each person has their own code and their own rewards.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. Refer as many people as you like. The more they order, the more you earn.
